Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt
- red and black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
- 2 add cream and cook until liquid is almost gone, about 10 minutes.
- 3 add seasoning and pour into buttered casserole, cover with cheese.
- 4 bake at 400f just until cheese melts, about 10 to 15 minutes.
