Ingredients

- 1 large mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
- 1 large orange (peeled, wedged)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free, sugar free)
- 1 1/3 cups skim milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place everything together in a food processor, blender, or smoothie maker.
- 2 mix until smooth.
