Grilled Tuna Steak With Worcestershire

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 (8 ounce) tuna steaks
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons dry wine

Recipe

  • 1 combine all sauce ingredients together; set aside.
  • 2 season the tuna steaks with salt.
  • 3 coat with ground black pepper.
  • 4 grill the tuna over a hot charcoal grill, cooking each side for 2 minutes.
  • 5 arrange on serving plates.
  • 6 serve with the sauce on the side.
  • 7 serve with steamed potatoes, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
