Ingredients

- 8 (8 ounce) tuna steaks
- salt
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons dry wine
Recipe
- 1 combine all sauce ingredients together; set aside.
- 2 season the tuna steaks with salt.
- 3 coat with ground black pepper.
- 4 grill the tuna over a hot charcoal grill, cooking each side for 2 minutes.
- 5 arrange on serving plates.
- 6 serve with the sauce on the side.
- 7 serve with steamed potatoes, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
