- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- 2 stir, cover, chill overnight and serve.
