Morning Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • 2 stir, cover, chill overnight and serve.
