Peach Jam

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 quart peach, peeled
  • 3 -4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 box dry pectin

Recipe

  • 1 cook crushed peaches in a pan.
  • 2 mix in lemon juice, pectin and artificial sweetner.
  • 3 bring to boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • 4 remove from heat and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  • 5 pour into half pint jars to within 1/4 inch from top.
  • 6 seal and store in the refrigerator.
