Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup spearmint
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 jalapenos (to taste)
- 5 ounces tamarind paste
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 whole dried red chilies (optional)
Recipe
- 1 blend all until liquid.
- 2 i freeze this in little cups so we have it on hand all the time.
