Ingredients
- 1 quart reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 quart low salt vegetable broth
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup brussels sprout
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/8 teaspoon saffron
Recipe
- 1 put all indgrediants into a large pot & bring to a simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
- 2 serve at once.
