Cinnamon Meringues

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular (sugar substitute)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine egg whites with cream of tartar, splenda and salt.
  • 2 beat until soft peaks form.
  • 3 fold in ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  • 4 drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  • 5 bake at 300°f for 30 minutes.
