Diabetic Baked Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 large onions or 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cups cooked beans (kidney, pinto, navy or mixed)
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce (soy)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 heat olive oil in skillet.
- 3 sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until onion is translucent.
- 4 add beans, molasseses, tamari, mustard.
- 5 stir well.
- 6 spray baking dish with oil and add bean mixture.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
