Diabetic Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon liquid sweetener
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
- 2 melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly.
- 3 add gelatin.
- 4 stir until dissolved.
- 5 remove from fire.
- 6 add vanilla, cool.
- 7 when mixture begins to thicken, add nuts.
- 8 turn into cold pan.
- 9 when firm cut into pieces.
