Diabetic Chocolate Fudge

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon liquid sweetener
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
  • 2 melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly.
  • 3 add gelatin.
  • 4 stir until dissolved.
  • 5 remove from fire.
  • 6 add vanilla, cool.
  • 7 when mixture begins to thicken, add nuts.
  • 8 turn into cold pan.
  • 9 when firm cut into pieces.
