Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- nonstick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients to form a dough.
- 2 let the dough rise until it doubles, about 1 hour.
- 3 punch the dough down and divide it into 10 parts.
- 4 roll each part into a thin circle.
- 5 brush one side with water.
- 6 preheat the oven to 400°f spray a griddle with nonstick cooking spray.
- 7 put the circles on the hot griddle, watered side up.
- 8 cook until half done or lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
- 9 transfer to a nonstick cookie sheet.
- 10 bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
