Frozen Tomato Mayo

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
• 1 dash salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 soften gelatin in cold water. place over hot water until gelatin dissolves.
• 2 combine all the ingredients.
• 3 mix well.
• 4 pour into an ice-cube tray.
• 5 freeze.
• 6 serve frozen cubes on a bed of lettuce.
