- 1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
- 2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
- 2 stir in the greek yogurt and splenda.
- 3 add water until it is the consistency you like.
