Healthy Fruity Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
  • 2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
  • 2 stir in the greek yogurt and splenda.
  • 3 add water until it is the consistency you like.
