Ingredients
- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 bunches fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cucumber, seeds removed and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 jalapenos, seeds removed and diced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in bowl and mix. you can adjust the vegetables to you liking.
