- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 apple, chopped with peel
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 place oatmeal, water, spices, apples and raisins in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until oatmeal is thick.
- 2 allow to stand for a few minutes and serve with skim milk.
