Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 fat-free vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate or 2 scoops vanilla whey protein

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds and pour into two small bowls.
