Super Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4-1/2 cup splenda granular, no calorie artificial sweetener (you control sweetness)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute, original
  • 3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees. mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. make a well in the center of the ingredients, add wet ingredients, and mix. fold 1/2 of the blueberries into the batter, and pour into muffin tin. top the batter with the remaining blueberries. bake until golden (about 10-12 minutes).
