Diabetic Homemade Ice Cream

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons liquid stevia
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, well beaten

Recipe

  • 1 combine evaporated milk and stevia.
  • 2 beat well to make sure stevia is well incorporated into milke.add whole milk and vanilla extract.
  • 3 beat well.
  • 4 add eggs and continue to beat well.
  • 5 pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
