Diabetic, Low-fat Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 portabella mushroom caps

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and vinegar.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 using a pastry brush, cover both sides of the portobello mushrooms with the mixture.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5 preheat the grill or oven broiler.
  • 6 grill the mushrooms on low heat, or place them on a rack that is low in the oven.
  • 7 cook each side of the portobello for 5 minutes.
  • 8 serve immediately.
