Diabetic Maple Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 10 ounces low-fat cream cheese, room temp
  • 3/4 cup no-sugar-added maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup egg
  • 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • no-sugar-added maple syrup (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, whisk cream cheese and maple syrup.
  • 2 add the egg whites and milk, blend well.
