Diabetic Wacky Chocolate Cake

• 1 1/2 cups cake flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1/4 cup liquid shortening
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 combine cake flour, cocoa, sugar substitue, baking soda and salt in sifter.
• 2 sift into large bowl.
• 3 add remaining ingredients and beat to mix.
• 4 pour into 9 inch square baking dish.
• 5 bake 375f 35-40 mins or til done.
• 6 microwave directions:.
• 7 cook on medium 10-11 minutes turning dish 1/4 turn every five minutes.
