Fat-free Banana Cornbread!!

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine splenda, eggbeaters, vanilla extract.
  • 2 add dry ingredients: wheat flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt.
  • 3 add bananas and sour cream.
  • 4 bake at 350° until the top is lightly browned -for about 45 minutes if you bake this in an 8x8 pan.
