Fat-free Banana Cornbread!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
Recipe
- 1 combine splenda, eggbeaters, vanilla extract.
- 2 add dry ingredients: wheat flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt.
- 3 add bananas and sour cream.
- 4 bake at 350° until the top is lightly browned -for about 45 minutes if you bake this in an 8x8 pan.
