indian relish

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 sweet onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 4 hrs 35 mins

  • in a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together red bell peppers, onion, white vinegar, sugar and crushed red pepper flakes. bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. stirring occasionally, cook 30 minutes, or until thickened. refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving.
