Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 eggs (you can use egg beaters)
- cinnamon
- vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency of pancake batter.
- 2 pour into hot skillet and cook both sides.
- 3 makes about 3 small pancakes.
