Lower Carb Pancakes For One

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 eggs (you can use egg beaters)
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency of pancake batter.
  • 2 pour into hot skillet and cook both sides.
  • 3 makes about 3 small pancakes.
