- 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning (sodium-free)
- 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 4 pita bread
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor blend tahini, yogurt spinach and spices. chop carrots and cucumber and shred crab mix. mix together and fill four pitas equally. enjoy.
