Summer Fruit Salad Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups cubed (1-inch) seedless watermelon
  • 1 large white peach, pitted and cut into small cubes
  • 1 large nectarine, pitted and cut into small cubes
  • 1 black plum, pitted and cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nondairy whipped topping (optional)

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 25 mins

  • gently toss the watermelon, peach, nectarine, plum, blueberries, and grapes together in a large bowl. sprinkle the coconut and cinnamon over the fruit mixture and lightly stir to mix. cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. top with whipped topping as desired.
