simplistic pepper salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • place the spinach on a plate or in a bowl. sprinkle the red pepper and feta cheese over it. season with cracked black pepper, and enjoy this healthy meal!
