vegan goddess dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (10 ounce) package soft silken tofu
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons tamari

  • whisk together the tofu and olive oil until a thick mayonnaise like consistency is reached.
  • add the herbs, vinegar, salt and soy sauce; mix well and refrigerate.
