Artichokes Spinach Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup romano cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put the artichoke hearts in a medium to smallish casserole.
  • 2 squeese the spinach dry and arrange it evenly over the artichokes.
  • 3 beat the cream cheese and butter until they are smooth, and gradually add the milk. spread this over the spinach, then give a good grind of pepper and sprinkle the parmesan over top.
  • 4 bake at 350 covered for 40 minutes, then 10 minutes uncovered.
