Mini Bacon Egg Cheese Quiches

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices cooked crumbles bacon
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon greed pepper, minced
  • 1 (3 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

  • 1 combine the butter and cream cheese.
  • 2 cream until smoothy.
  • 3 add in flour,mix well.
  • 4 form the dough into 30 1 inch balls.
  • 5 put the balls in lightly greased muffin tins.
  • 6 press dough in cups,to form a shell.
  • 7 with a fork,pierce bottoms,sides of shells.
  • 8 bake shells at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • 9 let cool.
  • 10 combine the first 8 ingredients.
  • 11 stir mixture well.
  • 12 pour into the ready made shells.
  • 13 bake at 350,for 20 minutes.
