Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (or stevia)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 - microwave milk and water 1 minute until steaming.
- 2 - stir in sugar and vanilla.
- 3 if you are going to use stevia instead of sugar :.
- 4 - in a bawl put skimmed powdered milk
- 5 - add water gradually and beat until it reaches condensed milk thickness.
- 6 - microwave 1 minute.
- 7 - add stevia and adjust to taste.
