Low Fat Low Sugar Nestle Condensed Milk

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (or stevia)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 - microwave milk and water 1 minute until steaming.
  • 2 - stir in sugar and vanilla.
  • 3 if you are going to use stevia instead of sugar :.
  • 4 - in a bawl put skimmed powdered milk
  • 5 - add water gradually and beat until it reaches condensed milk thickness.
  • 6 - microwave 1 minute.
  • 7 - add stevia and adjust to taste.
