Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, scrubbed and thickly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes till tender (i prefer to steam them for 20 min).
- 2 add butter and milk and mash until blended.
- 3 fold in green onions, salt and pepper.
