Ingredients

- 1 piece kale
- 1/2 cooked chicken breast, diced (leftovers work great here)
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 rinse a leaf of kale.
- 2 place chicken on the center of the kale leaf.
- 3 sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over it.
- 4 drizzle balsamic over it.
- 5 fold in each end and roll.
