Kale Chicken Wrap (gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 piece kale
  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast, diced (leftovers work great here)
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 rinse a leaf of kale.
  • 2 place chicken on the center of the kale leaf.
  • 3 sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over it.
  • 4 drizzle balsamic over it.
  • 5 fold in each end and roll.
