Chicken Drumsticks With Garlic & Herb

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 kg chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • 2 marinate the drumsticks in oil, garlic and herbs/salt for about 1/2 hour.
  • 3 place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 40 minutes, turn and cook for a further 20 minutes.
  • 4 wrap the drumsticks in individual foil, and freeze the portions.
  • 5 whenever you want them, put them in the oven to warm or allow to thaw in the fridge over night to eat cold.
