Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 kg chicken legs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- 2 marinate the drumsticks in oil, garlic and herbs/salt for about 1/2 hour.
- 3 place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 40 minutes, turn and cook for a further 20 minutes.
- 4 wrap the drumsticks in individual foil, and freeze the portions.
- 5 whenever you want them, put them in the oven to warm or allow to thaw in the fridge over night to eat cold.
