Ingredients

- 1 bunch fresh sorrel leaf (leaves only, no stems)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 chili peppers (minced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 fry onions in olive oil till translucent.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and stir-fry on medium heat till sorrel leaves wilt (very fast <5 minutes).
