Emanon Potatoes

Ingredients

- 2 lbs hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients, except the potato chips and melted unsalted butter, together in a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish.
- 2 refrigerate; (can be made the night before.) before baking, add 2 cups crushed potato chips and รข½ cup melted butter to the top of the casserole.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- 4 refrigerate leftovers.
