Queenslander Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/8 ounces butter or 2 1/8 ounces margarine
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan.
  • 2 add the juice of 1 lemon, parsley, and macadamia nuts.
  • 3 heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles.
  • 4 pour over hot grilled or broiled fish.
