Ingredients
- 2 1/8 ounces butter or 2 1/8 ounces margarine
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan.
- 2 add the juice of 1 lemon, parsley, and macadamia nuts.
- 3 heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles.
- 4 pour over hot grilled or broiled fish.
