Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (32 ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (dissolve in the butter) or 2 vegetable bouillon cubes (dissolve in the butter)
- 5 cups special k cereal
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl & put into a greased baking dish.
- 2 bake at 350°f for about 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
