Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 2, if you like)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 process until mixture is smooth.
- 3 store tightly covered and refrigerated.
