Green Goddess Salad Dressing (low Fat, Low Sodium)

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 2, if you like)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 process until mixture is smooth.
  • 3 store tightly covered and refrigerated.
