Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, drained
- 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, process mayonnaise, peppers and garlic until smooth, pulsing on and off.
- 2 place in a small bowl.
- 3 cover and chill until ready to serve.
- 4 serve with fries or potato wedges.
