Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, wedged (about 5 medium)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil. combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.
