Sugar Free Apple Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 cups apples (i use a mix of mac and granny smith)
  • 1 cup splenda granular (sugar substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • nutmeg (to taste)
  • 2 premade pie crusts (or your own crust recipe)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 peel,core and slice apples(use as many as you like depending on dish size and how high you want your pie).
  • 3 add splenda, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg to apples and mix well.
  • 4 place bottom crust in pan and fill with apples. put on top crust.
  • 5 bake about 45 min or until crust is golden brown.(my oven tends to be off on time so make sure to watch your pie.).
