- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh, not bottled)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 -8 boneless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 combine first 6 ingredients.
- 2 add chicken breasts, turning to coat.
- 3 refrigerate 2-3 hours, or up to 8 hours.
- 4 grill on medium heat until just cooked through, no pink showing.
