Passover/ Low Carb Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups pecans
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup erythritol (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350. grease an 8 inch round or springform pan.
- 2 process pecans until they are the texture of meal.
- 3 process the rest of the dry ingredients.
- 4 add the wet ingredients and process until blended.
- 5 pour into the pan and bake.
- 6 bake for about 25 minutes (check with toothpick and leave in longer if needed).
- 7 cool and slice.
