Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed,partially drained
- 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese (or more, to taste)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 dash nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
Recipe
- 1 in small saucepan, saute garlic in oil.
- 2 add spinach and cheese; stir until cheese is thoroughly melted.
- 3 add seasonings.
