Scalloped Mushrooms (l-c-f)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt
  • red and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add cream and cook until liquid is almost gone, about 10 minutes.
  • 3 add seasoning and pour into buttered casserole, cover with cheese.
  • 4 bake at 400f just until cheese melts, about 10 to 15 minutes.
