Greek Chopped Pita Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 whole wheat pita bread, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat vinaigrette dressing

Recipe

  • 1 combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly.
