Ingredients

- 2 cups basmati rice ()
- 5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 wash rice well, put water on to boil with salt.
- 2 preheat oven to 350f and grease a 10*13 pan.
- 3 add rice and all other ingredients to boiling water.
- 4 boil for 10 minutes, take off pan and rinse well under running water.
- 5 spread rice in roasting pan and place in oven.
- 6 bake for 10-15 minutes.
- 7 serve or add any other ingredients.
