Fat Free Sugar Free Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 egg substitute
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries (i used fresh)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine unsweetend applesauce, splenda, milk, & egg substitute.
- 3 in another bowl combine baking powder, both flours, & cinnamon.
- 4 add gradually to the wet mixture.
- 5 add vanilla.
- 6 fold in blueberries.
- 7 bake approx 24 minutes.
- 8 enjoy!
