Dijon Lamb Chops With Red Wine Vinegar And Herbs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (8 ounce) boneless center cut lamb chops, 1-1 1/4 " thick
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (i like olive)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon tarragon leaf

Recipe

  • 1 place chops on the broiler rack or grill and broil or grill 10-15 minutes at a moderate temperature, about 4-5 inches from the heat source.
